Everyone could use a little more summer once in a while, and with the romantic comedy 500 Days of Summer, that’s exactly what you’ll get.
In this sleeper hit, Summer Finn, a new office assistant to the boss of Tom Hansen, starts her job at a greeting card company. After a drunken night of karaoke, the two begin to talk, and Tom finds himself falling in love with Summer, who thinks love is a joke.
After time that just seems to be forever in Tom’s eyes, he and Summer form a relationship. Little does he know, the feelings he has about their relationship is not mutual. In this quirky and somewhat sexy film, the two are pushed through ups and downs, as well as crazy mood swings that result in something nobody would’ve expected.
This movie will have you hanging on, thinking how things will take a turn. And with Valentine’s Day coming up soon, it’d be the perfect flick to watch with whoever you choose.
