Prepare yourself for a night of entertainment, a night to remember, and a night full of talent.
Spotsylvania High School will proudly present the 2010 Talent Show in March. Originally scheduled for Friday, February 5, 2010, the show had to be reschedule in the month of March due to a snow storm.
So, clear your plans for the night of the show and head over to Spotsylvania High School to enjoy a show from talented students in 15 acts. At a cheap cost of only three dollars for one ticket or five for two, this is not a show you want to miss out on. This talent show will illustrate how talented and diverse our students at Spotsylvania High School are.
Hosted by the very talented Clarissa Saunders, the Talent Show includes singing from Senior Haley Cordle, beat boxing from Freshman Brandon Badillo, a choreographed duet with Katie James and Sophomore Lauren Lucado, and an instrumental duet from Justin Wood and Thomas Cambell.
One student, Senior Aaron Kinard, plans to go and support her friend Haley Cordle in the talent show. She stated, “I really like that now we finally have something I can go watch and enjoy, while supporting Haley.”
Performer Haley Cordle is very nervous but excited about getting in front of the crowd to sing. She said, “At first I was nervous and thought I would sound bad at my song, but as I have practiced I feel like I can do really well. I’m glad my best friends are coming to support me, it makes me less nervous.”
The excitement, the effort, and the nerves that will go into the rehearsals and production of this show will pay off in the long run.
Will we have another show next year? Well, if this show is as good as they say it’s supposed to be, then let’s hope we will have many more to come. Good luck to all of you talented students in the show!
