This toffee recipe is a simple sweet treat. You can make it for any holiday or event. All you need is 6 ingredientes and just a little bit of time.


You’ll need:


A pan

A pot

Cookie sheet

Saltine crackers

Nestle chocolate chips

2  sticks of real butter

1 cup sugar


Instructions: Line your cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Then line your saltine crackers on the pan. Place a pot on the stove on medium heat. Put the 2 sticks of real butter in a pot along with 1 cup of sugar. While stirring constantly bring the butter and sugar to a boil for about 10 minutes, the butter and sugar will then turn a light brown. After that remove the pot from the stove and pour the boiled butter and sugar over the lined crackers on your pan. While it’s still hot put chocolate chips on the crackers with the boiled butter and sugar. While hot spread chocolate chips over the boiled butter and sugar and crackers. Then put in refrigerator to harden for about a half hour. Finally after about a half hour remove from refrigerator and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container then enjoy!
