According to Leo Babauta of zanhabits.net, stress is a major problem for many people. Things that could cause that stress is hectic jobs, a chaotic home life, Bills, unhealthy eating, drinking, and smoking.

With multiple individuals having plenty of stress from these causes they wonder, “What is something you could do to limit this stress?”, well the main idea is to take things one at a time. Although this may sound easier than done, if you change one habit a month or week, and gradually over the course of a year or two change your whole lifestyle, things will work for the better.

Some steps to help you change your life and limit stress is,taking things one at a time. This will take time and you’ll get urges to do other things. Just keep practicing and you’ll get better at it.

Another way to help you is by simplifying your schedule. A hectic schedule is a major cause of high stress. Simplify by reducing the number of commitments in your life to the essential ones.

Last but not least, you need to get moving. Doing something active like walking, playing sports, and exercising will get your mind off of stressful things and will get your mind thinking and going off of the good things going on in your life.

In conclusion, taking your time with things and being active will reduce your stress level and take your mind off of stressful things.
